This course helps experienced managers advancing their leadership skills & practices. They experience the means of leading a complex team (including directs/indirects, virtual team work and diversity of tasks) to strive for higher performance & quality of business results by creating a culture of onwership.

Leading a Team

This course provides the competencies for managers becoming effective team leaders. After participating leaders will be equipped and enabled to coach individual members and whole teams for performance and provide effective feedback.

This course enables managers to effectively ‘getting things done’ by establishing informal relationships, networks, and influence to collaborate for results.

Course 6

Managing Change

Participants get to know the core barriers and success factors of individual and collective change. They learn how to initiate necessary change processes proactively. They know how to support their subordinates and teams in challenging periods of insecurity and doubt. They get impulses, which lead to sustainable implementation of change initiatives. They review key learnings of previous modules and use them to support the creation of a culture nurturing change readiness.
