Implementing Service Design Thinking

Objective

The intention of this module is to build fundamental leadership skills for mastering the HSE digital services transformation challenge and implement an end-to-end services experience culture.

Scope: 1.5 - 2 days

Module 2

Senior Leadership Team Building

Objective

This training module is designed for onboarding the newly formed leadership team by creating awareness, attitude, energy, focus, and ownership for the digital services transformation.

Scope: 2 days

Module 3

Digital Disruption Bootcamp

Objective

This is a Hands-on Bootcamp where participants learn about Business Modelling, Apps, MVPs and Growth Hacking.
