The bootcamp lasts 3 days and consists of 2 workshops, which will answer the following questions for you:


What does Digital Leadership mean?

  1. What does social media, mobile, business analytics, business data, cloud computing, internet-of-things mean for our company?
  2. How does digital transformation work and which competencies are needed?
  3. Which business models exist?
  4. What is platform business?
  5. How do we apply design thinking, lean startup, business model disruption, agile prototyping, growth hacking & marketing to our existing culture?
  6. What does all that imply for collaboration and innovation?

How is this realized?

  1. Whats the fastest way to create a manageable service scenario for our business?
  2. How do we create added value and growth for our business
  3. How can we rapidly design and implement MVP-prototypes and mobile apps on our own?
  4. How is this service scenario integrated in the existing multi-channel business model?

Day 1 | Design Thinking Workshop




Participants apply principles and tools of modern startups on service processes of their own company.

This leads to the creation of customer-centric service models.

Methods

  • What value (& ROI) does Design Thinking create for our company?
  • How do we implement a Service Design Thinking culture?
  • How does Design Thinking catalyze the Business Relationships with our executives?

Results

  • Learn & practice the tools and principles along real life examples and develop own projects
  • Build & test compelling Minimal Viable Prototypes
  • Develop immersive stories to engages executives and other stakeholders
  • Implement IT Service processes to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences

Days 2 & 3 | Digital Disruption Workshop




The service models that were created at Day 1 are developed into a complete business model.

Based on this the participants single-handedly develop mobile apps and further prototypes.

  • Analyzing and applying industry-based case studies

    • Investor-ready business plan
